Serial no.679. Scribal foliation 1-451, with lacunae (gaps in the text). Paper, with colophon in red ink. This colophon suggests a relationship between the author, Vāgbhaṭa, and the physician, Ravigupta, both whose work were also translated into Arabic. Copied in Kashmir. (Dominik Wujastyk 1985).
